Kathy McDonald

Kathy McDonald is a lifelong educator and learner with accomplishments in the research, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative population-level, equity-based programs and policies. Before trading in her heels for sneakers, Kathy worked in key leadership roles at the provincial, regional, pan-Canadian, and national levels.  Driven by the moral imperative to raise the bar, close the gap, and inspire hope, Kathy savours her new role where she gets to witness, first-hand, patients leaving the doors of The FIX feeling better, more hopeful, and empowered than when they entered.  She is also secretly thrilled that her new boss calls her Mom!
