Sarah Trainor

Registered massage therapist

Sarah did her training at Medix College in Ontario, where she graduated from the Massage Therapy Diploma Program with honours. Sarah is from Prince Edward Island and is happy to have returned home to pursue her career as Registered Massage Therapist.

Sarah focuses her treatment on client-centred care tailoring her treatment plans to each client’s individual needs.  Sarah treats her patients using various techniques, such as general Swedish massage, deep tissue, PNF, fascia, joint mobilizations, and cupping.

Sarah finds a career in Massage Therapy extremely rewarding and is eager to use her skills to help patients achieve their goals. Whether it be decreasing stress, increasing mobility, or decreasing pain, she is ready to help.
